I was billed on May 1, order has not arrived. Grandson goes to mailbox every day looking for order.
Tried using web site to no avail.. Zero capability to talk on phone, Finally figured out a way to cancel monthly subscription. Thankful now that i did not do anything other than monthly
bottom line, poor customer service,
Great price and product. I’m giving you a four star review because of the shipping. I wish you shipped directly through USPS or Fed Ex. UPS is a joke and the additional step of having UPS transfer the package to USPS is annoying and time consuming.

Great on-line store with awesome service and prices. I love the googan rods as you can by them along with other fishing equipment at an awesome discount by becoming a Karl’s club member. Keep up the good work.
Says it will be delivered on a date. Than it’s not and you don’t give us an update to when it will be delivered.
I have only placed an order once with this company , but I will be ordering from them again . Very happy with the product and the timeframe to receive the product .
